As the Service is published by a natural person and not a commercial company, it is not registered with the commercial registry; the RC, ICE and IF identifiers therefore do not apply. The publication director can be reached at the email address above.
The "AnzarSeha" brand and distinctive signs are operated by the publisher.
Hosting
The Service relies on several infrastructure providers. Their respective roles are as follows:
- Hosting of the site and application — Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States. Vercel serves the public pages and the application interface.
- Database and file storage — Supabase, on infrastructure located in the European Union (Ireland). This is where account data and the data processed through the application reside.
- Email delivery — Brevo (Sendinblue SAS), 106 boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, France, for confirmation, recovery and contact emails.
- Network and edge security — Cloudflare, Inc., for DNS resolution and domain protection.
Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. The processing of health data carried out on behalf of a client institution is governed by the Data Processing Agreement.
The processing of health data via the Service is subject to the prior authorisation of the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP), under Law No. 09-08. This obligation lies with the institution acting as data controller, which decides on the study. As publisher and processor, AnzarSeha undertakes to comply with Law No. 09-08 and to complete, where applicable, its own formalities with the CNDP; this page will be updated with the corresponding number once obtained.
Intellectual property
All elements of the site and application — code, interface, texts, logo, visual identity, documentary base, the "AnzarSeha" brand — are protected by intellectual-property law and remain the exclusive property of the publisher, subject to duly attributed third-party components under open-source licences.
Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, without the publisher's prior written authorisation, is prohibited and may constitute infringement.
Liability
The publisher takes reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of the site's public information. This information is of a general nature and does not constitute medical, regulatory or legal advice.
Access to the Service and its proper operation are provided under the conditions and limits set out in the Terms of Service.
